Founded in 2007 as FS Northaw by players from the Enfield Futsal League (mainly W.E.Boiz the six times Enfield Futsal League Winners), the club changed its name to Enfield Futsal Club in 2008.
A women’s team and a Youth Academy were formed in 2008, and the u14s were FA youth cup winners 2008. The club achieved FA Charter Standard in 2008 and Clubmark Standard in 2009.
The club finished 6th in the last two seasons in Division 1 South. In the previous 6 years, they were 2nd three times and 3rd three times. Club honours include Middlesex under 10 winners in 2010 and under 12 winners in 2012.
Enfield merged with the CM Academy in 2017 and developed an association with Club Futsal UK in 2018.
Famous players include Stuart Gore (Leeds United FA Youth Cup Winner in the same team as Harry Kewell and Paul Robinson) and Jamal Lowe (Wigan Athletic and won the FA National Youth Cup with Enfield when was 14).
Futsal is no longer a game for us – it’s a state of mind! We eat, drink, and sleep the game because that’s the way to succeed. Proper preparation leads to perfect performance. The future is bright – the future is futsal!
